Al Jazeera claims to be the only independent TV station in politics in the Middle East. Currently, Al Jazeera rival the BBC in the scale of the number of viewers are expected to reach 50 million viewers. Al Jazeera begins with the king of Qatar capital of the fund of 150 million U.S. dollars, and began broadcasting in late 1996. In April of that year, BBC World broadcast in Arabic having problems with the government of Saudi Arabia, and finally had to shut down its operations. On 15 November 2006 Al Jazeera English channel began broadcasting.
